Avon Guest House has six bedrooms, including doubles, twins, and family rooms. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers, hairdryers, shampoo, and conditioner. Each room includes a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and tea/coffee making facilities. Towels and bed linens are provided. The property has free WiFi throughout. There are 20 steps to the first-floor rooms and 19 more to the second floor, with handrails on the left side.
Dining & Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the dining room. No onsite restaurants are available, but the city center, just a 5-minute walk away, offers multiple dining options.
Location & Transport
The guesthouse is a 5-minute walk from Bath's city center, near the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, and Thermae Spa. It is 300 meters from the Avon River and 750 meters from Bath Spa train station. Bristol Airport is 25 km away. Free parking is available but must be booked in advance.
House Rules
Check-in is after midday and no later than 8 pm. Smoking inside incurs a £50 fine, plus additional cleaning costs if needed. Guests must provide arrival times in advance. Payment is accepted via card, cash, or cheque, with a 7-day cancellation notice required.
